Shipping

Commercial orders are dispatched within the handling window confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Shipping options depend on destination, volume and product type.

United States — Standard 4–6 business days; Expedited 2 business days.
European Union — Standard 2–4 business days; Expedited next-day.
Rest of world — Standard 6–10 business days; Expedited 3 business days.

Duties & taxes

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is offered for EU and US destinations. Elsewhere, duties are calculated by the carrier and payable on delivery.

Returns

Unopened retail units may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Opened units cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Wholesale returns

Wholesale purchases are final sale. Defective or damaged cases must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence; we will replace or credit at our discretion.
